Congratulations to the 2011 SSEF University Research Grant recipients: C.Ventura (University of British Columbia) in collaboration with D. Erdevicki (Erdevicki Structural Engineering), Y. Liu (Dalhousie University), C.Rogers (McGill University) in collaboration with R. Tremblay (École Polytechnique) and J.Proulx & C.P. Lamarche (Université de Sherbrooke), R. Driver (University of Alberta), and T.T.Y. Yang (University of British Columbia). The total value of grants awarded this year is $95,710.
This year’s H.A. Krentz award goes to Dr. Carlos Ventura, for having the top-ranked research proposal. Watch the presentation of the H.A.
