Acceptance Adam Receiving the GJ Jackson Award Brace Buckling Testing Frame

Description

Adam completed a Master's degree, and worked under the supervision of Robert Tremblay. His project was to develop and validate design rules for steel buckling restrained braces (BRBs). Adam used finite element analysis techniques to study and characterize the stability and behaviour of steel core braces under cyclical plastic deformation. Adam also used experimental techniques on full scale seismic specimens to validate his results.

WHERE ARE THEY NOW?
After Adam completed his Master's degree he held an Engineer in Training position at the CISC.
